  • Yarn needle

Abbreviations:

  • CH: Chain
  • SC: Single crochet
  • DC: Double crochet
  • SL ST: Slip stitch

Pattern:

Granny Squares:

  • Make a magic ring. CH 3 (counts as 1 DC), DC in the ring.
  • CH 2, DC in the same space, DC in the next space.
  • Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have 3 DCs in the round.
  • CH 2, turn.
  • DC in the next space, DC in the same space, DC in the next space.
  • CH 2, turn.
  • Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you have 4 corners.
  • CH 2, pull on the tail to close the center. SL ST in the first CH.
  • CH 3 (counts as 1 DC), DC in the same space, DC in the next space, DC in the same space.
