- Crochet hook size 4 or 4.5 mm
- Scissors
- Yarning needle
Pattern:
Starting with a Magic Circle:
- Create a magic circle leaving a tail.
- Insert the hook, grab the yarn through the loop, pull up a loop and chain one.
In Row 1:
Single crochet into the ring, then chain one (counts as the first stitch).
- Work 11 double crochets into the ring.
- Pull the tail to close the magic circle tightly.
- Slip stitch to the first double crochet to join (not the chain one).
Row 2:
Remove the hook, insert it from behind into the top of the first double crochet of the previous row, grab the loop, pull it back for a seamless start.
