  • ch: chain
  • hdc: half double crochet
  • dc: double crochet
  • trc: treble crochet
  • sl st: slip stitch

Pattern:

Crochet a magic circle.

  • Chain 1, then place 10 hdc into the magic circle.
  • Chain 1, then place 2 hdc in each stitch around the circle (total of 20 hdc).
  • Sl st to join the round.

Chain 7.

  • Skip the first 2 chains, then place a single crochet (sc) in the 3rd chain from the hook.
  • Place a hdc in the next chain.
